A Checklist for the Safe Marina Boat Security Service

The following is a short list of the type of things our clients will require for our boat security check program. Of course this is not a complete list and is posted here simply to give you an idea of the duties you will be required to perform. A complete and detailed list of items to check as well as a schedule of security will be provided for each boat.

1. PROTECT OUR CLIENTS' INVESTMENTS!
2. Check all ropes to make sure they are secure
3. Check tarps and tie downs are secure
4. Check windows are secured
5. Test bilge pump
6. Check bilge for water level and pump out if necessary
7. Check bumpers
8. Check gas lines for leakage
9. Check stove lamps and propane gas connections
10. Check emergency equipment (flares, first aid kit, throw rope)
11. Test Batteries
12. Check the area around the boat for signs of intrusion
